Active Listings 1st Quarter 2008 up to and including March 31st – 2847
Sales for the first quarter 2008 are down 8.3% compared to the same period in 2007. The average sale price has steadily gone up by 9.3% compared to the same period last year. The market is experiencing a slight slowdown. It is a seller’s market right now so if you are thinking of selling now is the time. Spring buyers are hitting the market with not a lot of choice. Many properties are selling over list price and going into multiple offer situations.
